About this program

If you have attended childbirth classes within the last three years and just need a refresher, you and your partner may choose this class instead of the other Preparing for Childbirth classes. You should register for the class before your sixth month of pregnancy and complete the class four weeks before your due date. Open to members who receive ob-gyn services at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center.
