About this program

Feel better and stay healthy by learning the basics of managing type 2 diabetes. Explore the 5 key areas of management: eating healthy, being active, monitoring your blood sugar levels, using medication correctly, and managing emotional health. If applicable, please have your glucose meter available during class. Duration: 2 hours
