About this program

This class is designed to help you and your partner get ready for the labor and delivery experience. You’ll learn how to recognize the early signs of labor and when to call your doctor. We’ll discuss what you can expect in the hospital and how to care for yourself after the baby is born. This class doesn’t take the place of Preparing for Childbirth. Take this class when you are 28 to 34 weeks pregnant. Preregister when you are about 16 -20 weeks pregnant.
