About this program

Relax your mind and body with this introductory online yoga class. This is a class for any adult aged 18 or older who wants to experience yoga’s benefits, such as: improved flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation, focus, and body awareness. Participants must be able to get down to the floor and back up safely. Please dress in comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. We encourage participants to join us throughout several sessions to improve balance and flexibility over time. Results vary by person.

Participants will need to complete a release and liability waiver before registering for class.
