About this program

You must attend InSTEP 1 and InSTEP 2 before attending InSTEP 3. Having trouble managing your diabetes? Refresh your skills and knowledge of diabetes by taking this class. You can review nutrition, physical activity, pattern management, coping skills and other lifestyle skills learned from InSTEP 1 and 2. This class is a great opportunity to ask questions about your habits and learn how to make the right behavior changes.
