About this program

Your baby's health begins with good nutrition! Breastfeeding offers many health benefits to you and your baby. This workshop can get you started with skills to help you breastfeed with confidence so you and your baby can enjoy your time together. Participants will learn about: • How Breastfeeding Works • How to Breastfeed • When to Feed Your Baby • Getting Enough Milk • Breast Care • Breastfeeding Lifestyle Members only. Partners welcomed.
