Our Sandy Springs Medical Office is located in The Pavilion at Lake Hearn, in suites 250 and 500. Due to construction for the DOT's I-285/SR 400 interchange project, please allow extra time for parking. Feel free to enjoy free valet parking with no need to tip.

Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.

Driving directions

From GA 400 North, take the Glenridge Connector/ Peachtree Dunwoody Road exit and make a right off the exit ramp. Go approximately 1/4 mile and turn left onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Make a right at the 4th traffic light onto Lake Hearn Drive. The Sandy Springs Medical Office is located in The Pavilion at Lake Hearn in the 2nd building on the left.

From GA 400 South, take Exit 4C to Hammond Drive and turn left at the end of the ramp. Travel on Hammond Drive for about 1/2 mile, then turn right onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road. After about 1/2 mile, turn left onto Lake Hearn Drive. The Sandy Springs Medical Office is located in The Pavilion at Lake Hearn on your left. (To avoid rush hour traffic, you can also pass Peachtree Dunwoody and instead turn right on Perimeter Center Parkway, and then right onto Lake Hearn Drive.)

Traveling west from I-285, take Exit 28, turn left off the exit ramp onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Make a left at the first light onto Lake Hearn Drive. The Sandy Springs Medical Office is located in The Pavilion at Lake Hearn in the 2nd building on the left.

Traveling east from I-285, take Exit 26, toward the Glenridge Connector and make a right. Turn left at the first light onto Johnson Ferry Road. Go 1/2 Mile. Make a left onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Make a right onto Lake Hearn Drive at the 3rd traffic light. The Sandy Springs Medical Office is located in The Pavilion at Lake Hearn in the 2nd building on the left.

If you are taking MARTA, the Sandy Springs Medical Office is located less than 1000 feet north of the Medical Center MARTA station. Exit the Medical Center station and head north on Peachtree Dunwoody Road, then go east on Lake Hearn Drive.
