Where I practice
I have been interested in medicine for as long as I can remember. Both of my grandfathers were physicians, and I saw from a very early age the impact they had not only on their patients, but on their community. My love for pediatrics began soon after college when I took some time off to work as a teacher. I realized that I would need to incorporate my passion for education and helping kids into my career.
About my practice
I am a firm believer in the old adage "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." It is equally important for a pediatrician to prevent disease as it is for a pediatrician to treat disease. Whether this is through vaccinations or healthy living habits, it is essential that one starts on the path to good health as early as possible.
How I thrive
I thrive through the love I have for my family. I have been happily married to my best friend for over a decade and have two beautiful daughters who make me laugh and smile each day. As much as I love my job, the best part of my day is always coming home to their smiling faces.
