About me
I consider Georgia home and feel honored to serve communities within our state. My passion for behavioral health developed from a strong desire to help individuals and families navigate life's challenges and build resilience. I earned my bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology from Valdosta State University and my master's degree in social work from Walden University. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of clinical and community settings. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. I believe every individual has unique strengths that can support healing and personal growth, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their wellness journey.
About my practice
My approach to care focuses on collaboration, compassion, and evidence-based treatment. I work closely with our members to understand their experiences, identify goals, and develop personalized care plans that support their mental and emotional well-being. I also partner with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure patients receive coordinated, comprehensive care.
My clinical interests include anxiety, trauma-related concerns, stress management, life transitions, and mood-related challenges. I work with adolescents, adults, and families and focus on helping patients build practical coping skills that improve daily functioning and emotional wellness. My approach often includes cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions that empower patients to develop resilience and confidence as they navigate life's challenges.
How I thrive
Maintaining balance in my life allows me to bring my best self to my patients, my team, and my work. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with my family and being involved in community and school activities that support youth development and leadership.
I am also an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where I participate in community service and initiatives focused on education, health, and community empowerment. Being involved in community outreach and service is important to me because it allows me to extend my passion for wellness beyond the clinical setting.
These experiences help keep me grounded and connected to the community I serve, and they reinforce the importance of balance, support, and personal growth.

Medicare Members: To request a hard copy of Kaiser Permanente’s provider directory, please call our Member Services department at 1-800-232-4404, seven days a week, 8 a.m to 8 p.m. Kaiser Permanente will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
