About Me

Hello, and welcome to my webpage. I'm a psychiatrist with the Kaiser Permanente Behavioral Health Department in Orange County. I'm glad to have the opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself.

Biography

I attended medical school in Canada, where my interest in psychiatry peaked after a rotation during my first year there. I completed my residency at St. Vincent's Hospital—New York Medical College in New York City, where I also served as Chief Resident for a year. I practiced as a general adult psychiatrist, with special interest in Asian American mental health and cognitive behavioral therapy for weight management before moving away.

About my practice

In my practice, I see adults aged 18 and above who are considering new medications or would like to consider changes to their treatment. I treat a whole spectrum of disorders and personalize each individual's care to meet their expectations. I value the importance of overall wellness.

How I thrive

I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of health in body, mind, and spirit, and try to live it in my life every day. I enjoy walking on the beach with my family and traveling the world to experience different culinary delights and cultures.
