How to get care In general, specialty care is by referral. To get the care you need, connect with a clinician or call us 24/7 at 303-338-4545 or 1-800-218-1059 (TTY 711). For some appointments that don't require a referral, you can also use the Kaiser Permanente app or schedule online.
