About this program

Have you suffered with back pain and would like to learn how to make your back stronger through proper stretching and core strengthening? This 45-minute class will teach you how to relieve back pain and stiffness through appropriate movement and provide you with a weekly exercise prescription to keep you moving throughout the week. Strong Back & Core moves you from standing to floor and is done in your bare feet. Experience the mind-to-body connection of breath and movement while getting your back happy in a safe and invigorating way.
