Gear up for a totally FUN workout designed to push you to the Next Level. Each class combines athletic cardiovascular drills with strength training moves to tone you from top to bottom. The use of multi-level options provides a great workout experience for the new participant as well as the seasoned pro. This 45-minute workout is a high-energy, low-impact, calorie-crushing blast. H2O is non-negotiable in this class, so come ready to break a sweat!
HOW TO PREPARE: Bring water, yoga mat, hand-towel, and light hand weights (2-5lbs). Dress in active wear, athletic shoes."
