About me

I am a women's health nurse practitioner (WHNP) originally from India, with a strong passion for supporting women's health and well-being. From a young age, I was inspired by the profound impact health care can have on individuals and communities, which led me to pursue a career in nursing.

After completing my nursing education, I chose to specialize in women's health to provide comprehensive, compassionate care across all stages of life, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. With experience as both a nurse and a nurse practitioner, my approach is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to empowering women through education, advocacy, and personalized care.

About my practice

As a full-time WHNP, my practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to women of all ages, with a particular passion for serving vulnerable groups. I believe in a holistic approach that not only addresses physical health but also supports emotional and social well-being. My practice philosophy centers around respect, education, and collaboration, ensuring each woman feels heard, empowered, and involved in her health care decisions. I am committed to providing equitable care, especially to underserved populations, understanding the unique challenges they face. By staying informed on the latest research and offering personalized care plans, I aim to improve health outcomes and help women live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

How I thrive

I thrive by staying grounded in my spirituality, which guides my compassionate and holistic approach to patient care. I am deeply committed to supporting women through their health journeys, fueled by a sense of purpose and connection. Outside of work, I find joy in being an avid reader, constantly learning and growing both professionally and personally. I also find strength and balance in being surrounded by loved ones, who provide me with unwavering support and inspiration. These elements of my life help me maintain the energy and empathy needed to offer the best care to my patients and to continue growing in my practice.

The information in this online directory is updated periodically. The availability of physicians, hospitals, providers, and services may change. Before receiving care at a facility, select that location in our directory and verify the accepted plan types under "About this facility" to make sure it is available in your plan. If no plan types are listed, the facility is available for all plan types.

Medicare Members: To request a hard copy of Kaiser Permanente’s provider directory, please call our Member Services department at 1-800-232-4404, seven days a week, 8 a.m to 8 p.m. Kaiser Permanente will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.

Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
