Where I practice
I consider myself part-Atlantan, part-Midwesterner, and I am of Asian-Indian heritage. My education and career have taken me through Kansas City, Mo., Connecticut and then to Atlanta. I spent approximately 15 years at Emory University and Grady Memorial Hospital, where I had the opportunity and pleasure of seeing patients and teaching residents, many of whom are Kaiser Permanente doctors today! I am a strong believer that without good health, we have nothing. Consequently, my focus with patients is to optimize their health - and not just skin health - but their overall health in general. I consider it a privilege that people entrust me with their health care.
About my practice
The Kaiser Permanente Dermatology Department has some of the brightest and most compassionate physicians and providers a patient could hope to encounter. I am pleased to be a part of this team. We strive to accurately diagnose, treat and manage members' conditions, while making your visit experience as pleasant as possible.
How I thrive
While I run regularly for exercise, engaging in fun, physicial activities such as touch football, shooting hoops, bike riding and tennis with my family are ways that I stay mentally and physically fit. I also enjoy reading, movies and travel.
