I speak: English
My gender: Male
Where I practice
I was born in the watermelon capital of the world! Hampton County, S.C. was a rural community, which was primarily known for producing more watermelons per capita than anywhere else. I lived there until I changed high schools as a teenager. Since then, I have lived in various cities along the East Coast, but none with the same character and charm as my hometown.
About my practice
I practice general cardiology, which includes diagnosing and treating coronary artery disease, peripheral artery disease, abnormal heart rhythms, heart failure, etc. My goal is to help people live healthier, happier lives. A career in cardiovascular medicine allows me to pursue in depth exploration of members concerns about their cardiovascular health. It offers me the opportunity to perform and interpret appropriate tests, without forfeiting the privilege of collaborating with members, relatives and colleagues.
How I thrive
One of my interests is history: American history (including presidential and Civil War history), Middle Eastern history (including Arab and Israeli history) and especially medical trivia. I also love reading about ancient history and visiting historical museums.
