Where I practice
About me
By nature, I am a deeply compassionate and driven individual, guided by an unwavering moral compass and an unyielding optimism that fuels my dedication to improving the lives of others. Growing up, I embraced challenges head-on, excelling in academics and sports such as volleyball, basketball, and crew, while balancing multiple jobs (research laboratory assistant and resident assistant) during my undergraduate years. These formative experiences instilled in me a profound sense of discipline, resilience, and empathy, qualities that have been the cornerstone of my journey in medicine.
As a psychiatrist, I find immense fulfillment in understanding the intricacies of the human mind and helping individuals navigate the complexities of their mental health. My path has been shaped by a commitment to honesty, a steadfast work ethic, and an unselfish desire to support others. These values continue to guide me in creating meaningful connections with my patients and fostering an environment where they feel truly seen and heard.
About my practice
I completed my fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at Emory University and currently have the privilege of working with Kaiser Permanente, where I help address a wide range of mental health challenges. Since October 2024, I have been providing comprehensive, evidence-based care that is tailored to each person's unique situation. My approach is grounded in the belief that mental health is deeply interconnected with biological, psychological, and social factors, so I strive to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.
How I thrive
In my practice, I strive to empower my patients by fostering open communication, mutual respect, and collaboration. I am dedicated to helping individuals and families build resilience, find balance, and achieve their mental health goals. By addressing the intersection of culture, community, and mental health, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where every patient feels valued and supported.
Guided by the belief that mental health care is a journey rather than a destination, I remain committed to walking alongside my patients every step of the way. Together, we work toward transformative healing and lasting well-being, one conversation at a time.

Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
Information about a provider is provided to us by the provider or the provider's network, or is obtained as part of the credentialing process. Board certification may not reflect contracted services available from providers listed in our directory. If you have questions regarding this or about any of our providers, call us at 1-800-611-1811 (toll free). For the hearing and speech impaired: 1-888-865-5813 or 711 (TTY).
