Linh T. Ta, OD
I speak: English, Vietnamese
My gender: Female
Where I practice
I came to the U.S. in 1975. I have moved from the East Coast to the West Coast, and I am happy to be back on the East Coast! I have enjoyed living in different parts of the U.S., but I consider Georgia my home since moving here in 1996. I have always had the desire to be in the medical field so that I can help people. Whenever I can, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and dog. I love to be outside and breathe the fresh air. When time permits, I also enjoy cooking for my family.
About my practice
I am thrilled to be a part of the Ophthalmology/Optometry Department at Kaiser Permanente. Our team is focused on providing high-quality eye care. I believe in talking to our members, along with their family members, about all options so that they can choose what might be best for them. In my clinic, I see patients for routine comprehensive care, dry eyes, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, cataract and glaucoma.
How I thrive
I believe in balancing work and life. Exercising and doing mindless activities helps me stay grounded. When possible and weather permitting, I like to go hiking with my family. On occasions, I also enjoy staying in with a good book or watching a movie with my family.
