I speak: English
My gender: Female
Where I practice
I was born and raised in the eastern Caribbean islands of Barbados and moved to the United States after getting married. In 2011, my family moved to Georgia from southern New Jersey, and we enjoy living in the southern suburbs of Atlanta. I love the field of family medicine because I work hard each day to empower our members to take control of their mental and physical well-being.
About my practice
I started working with Kaiser Permanente in March 2013, and I am enjoying every moment of it! I came to Kaiser Permanente because of their focus on integrative and preventive medicine. Our staff truly cares about the well-being of our members, and they always go the extra mile to take care of our members' needs.
How I thrive
I find so much truth in the Confucius quote, "Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life." One way I thrive is by enjoying what I do through the jobs I consider important. Being a mother, wife and doctor encompasses both of those things. I try to stay focused through a balanced lifestyle and incorporate exercise into my daily routine. I focus on feeding my mind, body and spirit.
