About me
I am proud to say that I grew up in a Kaiser Permanente household: Both of my parents work at Kaiser Permanente hospitals. From a young age, I learned how people working together can offer the best health care. I attended the University of California, Irvine for my undergraduate degree in biology and then went to St. George's University School of Medicine for my medical degree. After medical school, I moved to New York City for my internship and residency training at Lenox Hill Hospital in the Upper East Side. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to thrive in this beautiful city I now call home, Atlanta.
About my practice
My specialty is internal medicine with a focus on primary care. As a primary care physician, I come in contact with people from many different backgrounds. It brings me such joy to see our members not only get well and stay well, but also thrive! It is such an honor and privilege to work with nurses, doctors and support staff who care about our members as much as I do. I enjoy building relationships with my patients and their families. I will always listen and work hard to provide the best care possible for our members. I am very proud to say that I am a Kaiser Permanente physician.
How I thrive
I am a believer in the mind-body connection. If your body is healthy, then your mind is healthy, and vice versa. I try to practice what I preach, and I really make the effort to exercise three to four times each week. I love to cook Italian and French food at home, and I also love to eat, especially with those close to me. I find pleasure in spending quality time with friends and family, traveling and reading. I love music, and I have such an eclectic song list on my iPod! I never forget to smile and laugh at the simple joys of life.

Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
Information about a provider is provided to us by the provider or the provider's network, or is obtained as part of the credentialing process.
