Where I practice
I was born and raised in a rural area in South Louisiana. My mom says that I told her at a young age that I was going to be a doctor. My rural upbringing and large extended family helped me learn the value of listening, understanding other people and respecting various cultures. It is because of my parents and siblings love, support and encouragement that I accomplished my goal of becoming a pediatrician.
About my practice
As a part of the Kaiser Permanente Pediatric Department, it is my goal to provide high-quality and affordable care for our members. I view my relationship with the parents of my patients as a partnership. My goal is to help parents provide a safe and healthy lifestyle so that their children continue to thrive for years to come. We have a great pediatric staff, and all are very welcoming and efficient. As a team, we enjoy caring for your kids and treating their acute issues, as well as providing preventive maintenance.
How I thrive
My faith is a large part of how I thrive. I also volunteer at a local food and clothing bank when time permits. When I am away from work, I enjoy traveling, going to sporting events and spending time with my family and friends.
