About me

I am originally from Southern India and grew up in the Bay Area, where I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors, especially the mountains and beaches. I decided to pursue a career in medicine while in college and have never looked back.

I am passionate about caring for women at every stage of life. I believe the foundation of excellent health care begins with listening and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health. I value building long-term relationships and strive to create a welcoming environment where every woman feels heard, respected, and supported.

About my practice

I am passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care to underserved and low socioeconomic communities, with a strong commitment to improving access to equitable women's health care and addressing disparities that impact maternal outcomes. I am dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life, with clinical interests in infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and high-risk pregnancies.

I strongly believe in a holistic approach to medicine - one that recognizes the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and the often unseen mental load many women carry while balancing family, work, relationships, and caregiving responsibilities. I am an advocate for open conversations around mental health during pregnancy and the postpartum period, and I encourage women to prioritize both their mental and physical well-being.

I am also passionate about empowering women to challenge traditional expectations and define success, balance, and fulfillment on their own terms.

How I thrive

"The more I study happiness, the more I realize it comes down to one thing: living in alignment with what truly matters."

I am deeply grateful for the life I live, one shared with my husband and daughter, with our parents close enough to be part of our everyday moments. These relationships are a constant source of joy, grounding, and strength.

My work in clinical practice is both a privilege and a responsibility that I carry with intention and care. Teaching students and residents adds another layer of meaning, reminding me that growth, curiosity, and compassion are lifelong pursuits.

Outside of medicine, I return to the practices that help me stay centered: yoga, long hikes, quiet swims, and the steady companionship of a good audiobook. These moments create space to breathe, reflect, and reset, even on the busiest days.

In recent years, travel has become a meaningful source of perspective and renewal. Experiencing new places, and seeing the world through my daughter's sense of wonder, has been deeply enriching. Sharing these moments with my husband is when I feel most aligned: present, connected, and fully alive.

The information in this online directory is updated periodically. The availability of physicians, hospitals, providers, and services may change. Before receiving care at a facility, select that location in our directory and verify the accepted plan types under "About this facility" to make sure it is available in your plan. If no plan types are listed, the facility is available for all plan types.

Medicare Members: To request a hard copy of Kaiser Permanente’s provider directory, please call our Member Services department at 1-800-232-4404, seven days a week, 8 a.m to 8 p.m. Kaiser Permanente will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.

Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.

Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.

Information about a provider is provided to us by the provider or the provider's network, or is obtained as part of the credentialing process. Board certification may not reflect contracted services available from providers listed in our directory. If you have questions regarding this or about any of our providers, call us at 1-800-611-1811 (toll free). For the hearing and speech impaired: 1-888-865-5813 or 711 (TTY). You can also call the Georgia Composite Medical Board at 404-656-3913, or visit their website.
