Your MRN (Medical Record Number) is a unique number assigned to you that can be used when you're setting up appointments or identifying your medical records. 

Your MRN can be found on your member ID card, in your digital member ID using the Kaiser Permanente mobile app, or by viewing your member information in Profile & Preferences on kp.org. 

Note: For members with coverage in Northern California, don’t include the “11” prefix when entering your MRN.
