How to refill your HIV or PrEP medications
Refilling your HIV or PrEP specialty medications at Kaiser Permanente is quick and easy. We recommend that you order medications at least 7 to 10 days before your next refill is due to avoid any disruption in your treatment.
We have several options for refilling prescriptions:
Online
Sign in. Go to “Medications” on the homepage and you'll see a list of prescriptions you can refill. You can also chat with a pharmacy representative.
Mobile app
Download our mobile app and refill your prescriptions with just the touch of a button.
By phone
A 24-hour automated service is available for refill requests. Be sure to have your member ID number, prescription numbers, mailing address, and payment information ready. Credit or debit cards are accepted. Call 1-800-245-7979 (TTY Relay 711) or the phone number on your prescription bottle.
