Specialty Pharmacy enrollment

We know that living with HIV can be scary and upsetting. But with the right care, HIV patients can live a long life just like everybody else.
We want you to feel confident that you have control over your medical condition and care and the quality of your life.

How to enroll

• Set up an appointment with Specialty Pharmacy by calling 206-630-7940 or 1-800-483-3945. (A next-day appointment may be available.)
• During the appointment, you’ll learn about the services available to you through Kaiser Permanente's Specialty Pharmacy.
• Next, you’ll be transferred to the HIV and PrEP team to get your medication order processed.
• A welcome packet will be mailed to you with information about the services that were discussed during your appointment.

New prescriptions
If you are new to Kaiser Permanente and/or starting a new specialty medication therapy, have your medical provider send us your specialty medication prescription by:

• E-prescribing it to KPWA Mail Order Pharmacy, 2921 Naches Ave. SW, Renton, WA 98057-9009
• Or faxing it to 1-800-340-4230 or 206-630-7941
  

If your specialty medication prescription is currently at a non-Kaiser Permanente pharmacy and you want to transfer it to us, contact our Kaiser Permanente Washington Specialty Pharmacy team to request a transfer of the prescription.
