Choose from in-person classes and online programs to learn about diabetes and how you can help prevent or manage it. Also, get exercise and healthy eating tips to help you control your blood sugar level.
Pregnancy and new baby care
From your first months of pregnancy to your last, prepare mentally and physically for the changes ahead with in-person classes. Learn what to expect during pregnancy, labor, and delivery — and how to care for your newborn with good breastfeeding techniques and more.
Quitting tobacco
Ready to quit smoking? Get support and guidance through your choice of in-person classes, one-on-one coaching by phone, or online programs that will help you develop a customized quit plan to help you reach your goal.
Asthma care
Breathe easier with online programs — which offer action plans, help on how to measure your asthma, and tips on how to make exercise easier.

Get care assistance from a case manager
If you need help managing care for you or a family member, you may be able to work with a case manager. We can help you manage appointments and care, learn about a new diagnosis, and more.
To request a case manager, call us at 301-321-5126* or 1-866-223-2347*, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed holidays). Leave a message including your name, health/medical record number (found on your Kaiser Permanente ID card), phone number, and what kind of help you need. You’ll get a call back within 3 to 7 days.
