For appointments before building hours, use the Urgent Care entrance at the corner of E. Thomas St. and 15th Ave. E.

Parking is available off of E. Denny Way between 15th and 16th Ave. E. Medical visits lasting 7 hours or more are eligible for parking vouchers. Please ask your care team for more information.

Where to Park
The parking garage is in the south building. The entrance to the garage is located on the south side of the building, accessible from E. Denny Way. Members and visitors can park on levels A and B.
Garage hours:
Mon. - Fri., 5:30 a.m.- 9 p.m., 
Sat. 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sun. 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
 
Parking is also available in surface lots. These are located east of the campus buildings. Members and visitors can park in P-4, P-5, P-13, and P-14.

How to Pay for Parking
The Capitol Hill Medical Center utilizes a combination of ticketing & License Plate Reader (LPR) technology.
 
You can pre-register your parking information ahead of time by creating an account at parking.com. By pre-registering your vehicle, you save time when parking in the garage, you will drive in and drive out after your visit. The License Plate Reader camera will recognize your vehicle and raise the gate arms for you. A receipt for your parking, if any charges are applied, will be emailed to you.

If you wish to pay on-site, pull a ticket upon entering the garage. You can pay for your parking session by credit card at the kiosk on the first floor or in the exit lane of the garage. When parking on the surface lots, you will always need to scan the QR code to begin the parking session.

Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.

If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
