You can enroll in our Medicare Medicaid (Medi-Cal) plan if you have both Medicare and Medicaid (Medi-Cal) and live in one of the following areas:

Southern California
Colorado (Denver Metro and Pueblo County only)
Georgia
Hawaii (Oahu and Maui only)

Enter your ZIP code and click “Search for plans.”
Scroll to the Kaiser Permanente Medicare Medicaid (Medi-Cal) D-SNP plan.
Click “Plan details” for more information or “Enroll in plan” to start the enrollment process. (If you’re visiting the website between October 1 and December 30, you’ll need to select the plan year.)

Note: You must meet all Medicare health plan enrollment requirements. In Hawaii, you must also be a current member of the Kaiser Permanente Medicaid/QUEST plan.
