If you think you have a hearing loss, call the Audiology/Hear Center nearest you to schedule an appointment for a hearing screening. A referral from your primary care physician is not needed.

Kaiser Permanente offers comprehensive hearing evaluation, amplification assessment, hearing aid maintenance and testing, as well as minor in-house repairs.

Coverage and providers of audiology, otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat specialists), and other related services vary depending on your individual health plan. Check your coverage agreement for details about your benefits.
