Due to ongoing power outages, pharmacy services are currently limited at the Factoria, Northshore, and Redmond medical centers. Members with immediate pharmacy needs should instead visit our Capitol Hill, Bellevue, Lynnwood or Renton medical center pharmacies.
- Mail-order service: Members needing refills or non-urgent medications can use the Kaiser Permanente mail-order pharmacy to get up to a 3-month supply delivered to their home. Sign in at kp.org/wa or the Kaiser Permanente Washington mobile app, select "Medications," then select "My Prescriptions." Or call 1-800-245-7979 (TTY 711) to refill a prescription by mail, which should arrive in as few as 2 to 3 days through the mail. Delivery is free.
- Same-day delivery: Kaiser Permanente Washington also offers same day delivery options. This service allows members to quickly receive their prescription within a few hours of placing an order, and is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in select locations.

Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
