How to get care In general, specialty care is by referral. To connect with the specialty care you need: Talk to your primary care doctor or call us 24/7 at 1-800-777-7904 (TTY 711). For specialties that don't require a referral, such as optometry and ob-gyn, schedule online or use the Kaiser Permanente app.
