Must have an active MyChart account. Call Kaiser Permanente scheduling at 1-877-751-1053. A referral is required to register for this nutrition education class. Please be ready to provide your first and last names, and your Kaiser Permanente member ID.

About this program

This group is for individuals who have completed the 3-part class and can drop in. The session will include a short presentation or cooking demo, discussion, & community building. Come find support for sustainable change here! This support group is led by a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN).
