About this program

Taught by a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), this is a 3 week series. The class is intended for people who are interested in nutrition education, creating accountability, and building new skills. The class focuses on making long-term nutrition and lifestyle habit changes. Note: This class is not appropriate for individuals with nutrient restrictions related to chronic kidney disease or on dialysis. Each week, a 60-minute live session is held virtually. You can join on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
