About me
I grew up in Auburn, Washington and I am the daughter of Nigerian and Ugandan immigrants. I earned my undergraduate degree at the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle. You can find me cheering for the Huskies (Go Dawgs) on college football Saturdays. After college, I became an AmeriCorps member at the Western Washington Area Health Education Center where I worked with underserved high school students. I attended medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Yakima, WA. During my time there I began to address health care disparities by creating conversation and dialogue on the Social Determinants of Health that affect Underrepresented communities. I completed my residency training for Family Medicine at University of Washingtonís Family Medicine Residency Program.
About my practice
I developed a passion for practicing medicine during childhood as I listened to my parents tell stories about health care in their native countries of Nigeria and Uganda. I joined Kaiser Permanente to practice preventive, patient-centered medicine with colleagues who value mentorship and believe in a positive and healthy work environment. It's an honor to be a part of my patients lives. I strive to treat every patient as I want family members to be treated. I love what I do, and I take time to actively engage with my patients. I especially love family medicine as it incorporates public health. Medical interests include comprehensive health care for adults of all ages, primary care, women's health, and pediatrics.
How I thrive
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends while creating memories that will last a lifetime. I keep myself healthy, motivated, and inspired by surrounding myself with loved ones, traveling, staying physically active, and giving back to my community. I spend time in community by teaching, mentoring, and participating in various boards by working to address health care disparities in the community I love.

How we choose our network providers and hospitals
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business, and uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
A narrow network is defined as a tailored, tiered, or high-performance network that has 80 percent or less overlap with a health plan’s broadest network offered to a member in any type of plan offered by that health plan. Kaiser Permanente does not have a narrow network with respect to its Marketplace plans. Members enrolled in Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) Marketplace plans have access to the same provider networks as members enrolled in all other KFHP plans.
Search Tips
- Can’t find your provider? Additional facilities can be found by searching under Locations.
- Check your spelling.
- Broaden your search by using fewer words or more general words.
- Remove any location information from the search terms box.
- Search by practitioner name (ex. ‘John Smith’ instead of ‘Steel City Chiropractic Group’).
- Try searching by specialty.
