About me
I was born and raised in Bangalore, India and spent the early part of my life there before moving to the United States in 2008. My first career was in dentistry; I earned my Bachelor of Dental Surgery and practiced as a dentist for six years in India. After moving to USA, I continued working in the dental field as both a Registered Dental Assistant and Certified Dental Assistant. Over time, I felt drawn toward a broader, more comprehensive role in patient care, which ultimately led me to pursue medicine.
I completed my physician assistant training at D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York, graduating in 2024. I have been exposed to patient care for over 20 years in various forms. I value listening deeply, understanding the whole person, and building long-term, sustainable partnerships.
I live in Redmond with my spouse, our two children and our two furever members. As a family, we participate in volunteer work in India whenever possible, which keeps us connected to our roots and to service.
About my practice
Caring for patients is a privilege, and I approach that responsibility with deep respect and intention. I value listening closely, understanding the whole person, and building long‑term, sustainable partnerships that support people through every stage of their lives. Primary care allows me to combine broad diagnostic skills with thoughtful, proactive care planning so I can help guide patients’ health trajectories over time rather than simply reacting to illness. My clinical interests include chronic disease management, preventive care, and geriatrics, and I especially enjoy caring for patients over many years and witnessing meaningful, lasting improvements in their health. I am drawn to Kaiser Permanente because its mantra — people, understanding, and health — aligns strongly with my own principles. I am committed to advocating for patients in every aspect of their care and ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I love to crochet, explore home decorating projects, watch TV with my family, and roam new places. Starting a new craft project is my favorite way to recharge and find calm.
Maintaining my own mental and physical well-being is deeply important to me. I've found that joy, humor, and meaningful relationships are powerful contributors to overall health.

How we choose our network providers and hospitals
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business, and uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
A narrow network is defined as a tailored, tiered, or high-performance network that has 80 percent or less overlap with a health plan’s broadest network offered to a member in any type of plan offered by that health plan. Kaiser Permanente does not have a narrow network with respect to its Marketplace plans. Members enrolled in Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) Marketplace plans have access to the same provider networks as members enrolled in all other KFHP plans.
