About me
I was born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan before venturing to Pennsylvania and New York for my education and medical training. Prior to attending medical school in Rochester, New York, I completed a year of service with AmeriCorps at a family health center, where I first began to understand the impact of accessible family-based health care on the whole community. I was lucky enough to meet my now husband in medical school. We supported each other through residency and have now fulfilled a dream by moving to Seattle to plant roots and establish our practices.
About my practice
My goal is to listen to my patients and provide compassionate, evidence-based care centered around each individual's values and priorities. In family medicine, I have the privilege of caring for people of all ages and backgrounds, and I cherish the opportunity to provide care to multiple generations of diverse families. I have a particular passion for reproductive health and justice and maternity care. I am also interested in LGBTQ care, adolescent medicine, addiction medicine, and chronic disease management. The most fulfilling part of my job is the relationships I build with my patients and their families. I enjoy family medicine, in particular, because of the opportunity to care for people of any age and background and the ability to practice a diverse set of skills including obstetrics, newborn care, in-office procedures, and much more.
How I thrive
I am most restored by building community and personal connections and by spending time outdoors. I enjoy hiking, jogging, reading, listening to podcasts, and trying new foods around the city with friends and family.

How we choose our network providers and hospitals
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business, and uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
A narrow network is defined as a tailored, tiered, or high-performance network that has 80 percent or less overlap with a health plan’s broadest network offered to a member in any type of plan offered by that health plan. Kaiser Permanente does not have a narrow network with respect to its Marketplace plans. Members enrolled in Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) Marketplace plans have access to the same provider networks as members enrolled in all other KFHP plans.
Search Tips
- Can’t find your provider? Additional facilities can be found by searching under Locations.
- Check your spelling.
- Broaden your search by using fewer words or more general words.
- Remove any location information from the search terms box.
- Search by practitioner name (ex. ‘John Smith’ instead of ‘Steel City Chiropractic Group’).
- Try searching by specialty.
