About me
I was born on the East Coast, but moved to Washington state soon after. I grew up on the Kitsap Peninsula, and I have always called the Pacific Northwest my home. I attended medical school in Arizona, and then returned to Washington to complete my family medicine training. I am lucky to have my family nearby. I enjoy visiting them often, especially my nieces and nephews. I am a huge sports fan, aspiring gardener and avid beachgoer. I was inspired to pursue a career in medicine by my love for learning.
About my practice
I joined Kaiser Permanente to be part of an organization that prioritizes preventive and patient-centered care. The well-connected electronic system enhances efficient communication and cooperative care. In my medical practice, I strive for open communication that encourages questions. I hope to promote understanding and support patient interest and investment in their personal health. I am especially interested in women's health, pediatrics and adolescent care. As family physicians, we are present for some of life's most joyful and most difficult moments, and we are able to develop deep relationships with our patients. Each day provides new challenges and learning opportunities.
How I thrive
I enjoy gardening, tennis, cycling and exploring new places. Most recently, I visited the California Coast and national parks in Utah and Arizona. I love food, and I am in constant pursuit of my next delicious meal. I also enjoy reading, especially non-fiction and watching movies. I make the most of the Northwest summers, spending most days at the beach and grilling. Fresh air and sunshine are major contributors to my health and happiness, along with music and frequent laughter.

How we choose our network providers and hospitals
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business, and uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
A narrow network is defined as a tailored, tiered, or high-performance network that has 80 percent or less overlap with a health plan’s broadest network offered to a member in any type of plan offered by that health plan. Kaiser Permanente does not have a narrow network with respect to its Marketplace plans. Members enrolled in Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) Marketplace plans have access to the same provider networks as members enrolled in all other KFHP plans.
Search Tips
- Can’t find your provider? Additional facilities can be found by searching under Locations.
- Check your spelling.
- Broaden your search by using fewer words or more general words.
- Remove any location information from the search terms box.
- Search by practitioner name (ex. ‘John Smith’ instead of ‘Steel City Chiropractic Group’).
- Try searching by specialty.
