About me
I was born in Carrollton Texas, but spent most of my childhood and adult life in Ventura County, California. I studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in Physics as an undergraduate at California Lutheran University. After college, I worked in assisted living and found a passion in healthcare and patient advocacy which lead me to becoming a Physician Assistant. I received my Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Sacred Heart University in 2019. I joined the military in 2023 and still serve in the Coast Guard Reserve as a medical officer for my unit. My family and I now call the Pacific Northwest home as we moved in March 2026. My wife and I have 2 children and a dog who inspire us to continue appreciating the national parks, our love for board games and our passion for cooking.
About my practice
I believe that great care starts with listening. I work to build strong, respectful relationships with my patients so we can make decisions together that reflect their goals, values, and lifestyle. I focus on clear communication, prevention, and whole-person care addressing not just immediate concerns, but long-term health and well-being. My goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their care, knowing we are working as a team to achieve the best possible outcomes. My areas of interest include allergy, asthma, and immunology across all diverse backgrounds and populations.
How I thrive
I enjoy eating healthy and taking pride in the food my family and I consume. In addition to a passion for cooking, family board game nights bring mindfulness and sense of family. I find hiking and bike rides in nature bring a sense of peace and renewal.

How we choose our network providers and hospitals
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business, and uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
A narrow network is defined as a tailored, tiered, or high-performance network that has 80 percent or less overlap with a health plan’s broadest network offered to a member in any type of plan offered by that health plan. Kaiser Permanente does not have a narrow network with respect to its Marketplace plans. Members enrolled in Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) Marketplace plans have access to the same provider networks as members enrolled in all other KFHP plans.
