Where I practice
About me
I grew up in Boise, Idaho and moved to Western Washington in1998. I live in Lake Stevens with my wife, my brilliant teenager, and our Golden Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog mix. We love watching movies, cooking, or just goofing off. I'm certified as an orthopedic manual therapist (COMT) and ergonomics assessment specialist (CEAS). I love how physical therapy impacts patients' daily lives and promotes healing. Seeing patients return to the activities they love is very rewarding. I chose to join Kaiser Permanente because of their community-focused, integrated care model that helps patients achieve the highest level of health.
About my practice
I treat all orthopedic conditions and have a special interest in working with neck pain, headaches, and jaw pain. I use a balanced approach that includes manual techniques and exercises, with a strong emphasis on patient education. Because every patient has a unique story, I listen closely so I can meet them where they are with a personalized care plan. The best part of my work is when a patient's functional health meets their physical demands.
How I thrive
I am always seeking new experiences and a sense of balance. Cooking healthy recipes is a creative outlet that helps me maintain my mental and physical health while archery helps me quiet my mind and strengthen my focus. Travel keeps me motivated and inspired. When I come back home, woodworking allows me to learn new skills and build something new.

How we choose our network providers and hospitals
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business, and uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
A narrow network is defined as a tailored, tiered, or high-performance network that has 80 percent or less overlap with a health plan’s broadest network offered to a member in any type of plan offered by that health plan. Kaiser Permanente does not have a narrow network with respect to its Marketplace plans. Members enrolled in Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) Marketplace plans have access to the same provider networks as members enrolled in all other KFHP plans.
Search Tips
- Can’t find your provider? Additional facilities can be found by searching under Locations.
- Check your spelling.
- Broaden your search by using fewer words or more general words.
- Remove any location information from the search terms box.
