About me
I was born and raised on the East Coast but have called the Pacific Northwest home since 2003. I am married to a pediatrician and we are raising two exuberant, outgoing children. I enjoy time with my family and experiencing all the different stages of our children's development.
About my practice
I believe that great medical care involves an informed patient and personalized treatment. I want to help educate patients about their health and work with them to achieve the results theyre looking for. I enjoy connecting with patients to make sure they are heard. I believe in the integrated approach to medicine and am grateful that we can collaborate as a team here to provide the very best medical care for our patients. I provide a full spectrum of urologic care and particularly enjoy minimally invasive techniques, the treatment of kidney stones, and working with children. I love the diverse medical issues and treatments that urology offers. I strive to create true partnerships with my patients so they can understand the disease process and we can collaborate on a treatment plan. By working together, I know we can achieve excellent results. I am most proud of the compliments Ive received from patients and the awards Ive earned based on the care Ive provided.
How I thrive
I love to travel to new places - especially ones that offer exciting outdoor opportunities. Anywhere I go with my family is bound to be interesting. I also like hiking, gardening, and performing house renovations.

How we choose our network providers and hospitals
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business, and uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
A narrow network is defined as a tailored, tiered, or high-performance network that has 80 percent or less overlap with a health plan’s broadest network offered to a member in any type of plan offered by that health plan. Kaiser Permanente does not have a narrow network with respect to its Marketplace plans. Members enrolled in Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) Marketplace plans have access to the same provider networks as members enrolled in all other KFHP plans.
