Where I practice
About me
I was born in Chicago but raised in Las Vegas. I found love in Las Vegas and am now happily engaged to my partner. Together, we are proud parents to two adorable feline companions.† † My deep-seated passion for nutrition and health was fostered by my parents, who were pillars of inspiration as physicians. This culminated in my decision to specialize in Family Medicine, drawn to the holistic approach of caring for all age groups and understanding a wide spectrum of conditions.
About my practice
My decision to join Kaiser Permanente was multifaceted. A memorable interaction with the team during my interviews left a lasting impression. Additionally, the organization's integrated approach to specialty services aligns with my vision of delivering seamless care. I also value the opportunity for continued medical education while working alongside them.† † I am an advocate for lifestyle adjustments and preventive strategies in healthcare. Ensuring clarity and open communication is central to my approach, aiming to be a friendly and approachable beacon for all patient questions.† † It's such an honor to help people. There's this incredible feeling when you see someone improve because of the guidance you gave and the effort they put in. Plus, the field is always evolving, so it keeps me on my toes and keeps things fresh!
How I thrive
Since moving to Washington, I've developed an interest in fishing, crabbing, and gardening, though I haven't had the chance to dive into them fully yet.†† † I ardently believe in maintaining a balance between work and personal life. I prioritize time with my partner and cats, connect with my family weekly through PC gaming, and ensure I stay physically active with activities like bouldering and hiking.

How we choose our network providers and hospitals
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business, and uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
A narrow network is defined as a tailored, tiered, or high-performance network that has 80 percent or less overlap with a health plan’s broadest network offered to a member in any type of plan offered by that health plan. Kaiser Permanente does not have a narrow network with respect to its Marketplace plans. Members enrolled in Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) Marketplace plans have access to the same provider networks as members enrolled in all other KFHP plans.
Search Tips
- Can’t find your provider? Additional facilities can be found by searching under Locations.
- Check your spelling.
- Broaden your search by using fewer words or more general words.
- Remove any location information from the search terms box.
- Search by practitioner name (ex. ‘John Smith’ instead of ‘Steel City Chiropractic Group’).
- Try searching by specialty.
