Where I practice
About me
I am a board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist. I moved to Seattle, Washington, at the beginning of my medical training. My husband and I quickly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and chose to make it our home. We now have two energetic boys, an 80 lb. Berne doodle and an elderly cat.
Biography
My path in medicine began with a deep desire to provide compassionate, expert care to individuals facing serious illnesses. Since moving to Seattle, I have been fortunate to practice in a region known for innovation and collaboration in health care.
About my practice
I am proud to practice at Kaiser Permanente, where our integrated health care model supports a holistic and team-based approach to cancer care
Cancer Subspecialty Focus
I specialize in the treatment of complex hematologic malignancies, as well as solid tumors and benign blood disorders. I manage a broad spectrum of conditions, including breast cancer, head and neck cancers, genitourinary cancers, skin cancers, lung cancer and thymoma, thyroid and endocrine tumors.
Collaboration on Multidisciplinary Teams
I work closely with colleagues across various specialties to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. This includes participating in tumor boards and case reviews that help guide treatment for complex and rare cancers. Our multidisciplinary approach fosters seamless collaboration among primary care providers, specialists, and allied health professionals—resulting in personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and needs. I strive to build strong, trusting relationships with my patients and serve as both a clinician and advocate, guiding them through every step of their cancer journey.
Professional Affiliations
I am a member of the American Society of Hematology (ASH) and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), which allows me to stay current with the latest advances in oncology and hematology.
How I thrive
Outside of work, I enjoy biking, exploring new places through travel, and spending time outdoors with my family. These moments help keep me balanced and bring perspective to the meaningful work I do every day.

How we choose our network providers and hospitals
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business, and uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
A narrow network is defined as a tailored, tiered, or high-performance network that has 80 percent or less overlap with a health plan’s broadest network offered to a member in any type of plan offered by that health plan. Kaiser Permanente does not have a narrow network with respect to its Marketplace plans. Members enrolled in Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) Marketplace plans have access to the same provider networks as members enrolled in all other KFHP plans.
Search Tips
- Can’t find your provider? Additional facilities can be found by searching under Locations.
- Check your spelling.
- Broaden your search by using fewer words or more general words.
- Remove any location information from the search terms box.
- Search by practitioner name (ex. ‘John Smith’ instead of ‘Steel City Chiropractic Group’).
- Try searching by specialty.
