Welcome! We’ve recently transitioned to a new premium billing system with more features and new premium bills that are easier to read.

We encourage everyone to now register for the new system to take advantage of features like autopay and paperless billing.

Billing System Transition: Frequently Asked Questions

Registering is easy! Just go to kp.org/payonline . You will need your Billing Unit Identification (BUID) number to complete the registration.

Premium bills are typically mailed in the middle of each month. You will also receive an electronic copy of your bill online. If you sign up for paperless billing, you will only receive your premium statement electronically.
