Testosterone-Therapy

When monitoring testosterone replacement therapy, please use "Testosterone-Therapy" order [84403R]. 84403R is not a random collection and requires date and time of last dose to be entered at the time of blood draw.

Prometheus Lab Update

As for specific services, this testing is generally ordered by GI docs.

Kaiser Permanente Colorado has moved away from using Prometheus Laboratory. Please do not give Kaiser Permanente Colorado members a Prometheus requisition.
