About this program

These one-hour fitness classes are led by nationally certified instructors and are free for members in Kaiser Permanente's Medicare Advantage plans as part of their fitness benefit. If you are unable to stand, you are welcome to sit while exercising. The National Council on Aging has honored this program as one of the top 10 physical activity programs for older adults in the United States.
