About this program

This class is for those wanting to learn more about ideal diet and lifestyle patterns to support all aspects of a person's health and wellbeing. This class will support a variety of member directed goals from just wanting to learn about nutrition to weight loss to improving overall health. This is a 60 minute class. This class is facilitated by a registered dietitian (RD).
