HOW TO REGISTER:

Call Kaiser Permanente scheduling at 1-877-751-1053. A referral is required to register for this nutrition education class. Please be ready to provide your first and last names and your Kaiser Permanente member ID.

About this program

This class is intended to educate caregivers of children ages 2-10 about balanced nutrition for kids. Topics include: • Eating structure and food group balance • Fostering a healthy relationship to food and body • Managing picking eating • Practical meal planning and recipe ideas.
