About Me

Welcome to my Web page. It is a privilege to introduce myself and to tell you more about my practice. As a part of our hematology-oncology team, I am incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by wonderful colleagues and support staff. We all share the same goal of providing compassionate, comprehensive, and advanced cancer care. I truly enjoy working at Kaiser Permanente, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I grew up in Southern California, but my studies and training have taken me throughout the country. Missing the warmth, sun, and family, I moved back to the West Coast to complete my residency and fellowship training. During my fellowship, I elected to be a part of the clinical research track. Ultimately, I realized that my passion and joy had always been at the bedside, working with and caring for cancer patients and their families.

About my practice

A new diagnosis of cancer or blood disease can be overwhelming, and I feel that one of the most important priorities is to ensure members have an understanding of their illness. I encourage members to ask questions, take an active role, and feel comfortable and confident of their care at every step of the way. Moreover, my focus is on a close partnership with members and their families, not only to create a treatment plan but also to ensure that they feel supported throughout.

How I thrive

Family is most important to me, and I dedicate my free time to my wife and family. We love to travel and hike, and in whatever free time I have left, I love playing basketball and watching sports.
