About Me

Hello and welcome to my Web page! I’m happy to share with you a bit about my practice and myself.

Biography

I was born in Hong Kong and lived there until I was 13 years old. Then my family and I immigrated to Victoria, Canada. I attended University of Victoria and studied biochemistry where I earned my Bachelor of Science and had a minor in music. After graduation, I attended American University of Caribbean school of Medicine where I earned my medical degree. I trained at the Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, California with the world famous Dr. Navin Amin. In addition to English, I speak fluent Cantonese.

About my practice

I love family medicine, and I strongly believe in a preventive approach to health care.

How I thrive

I’ve enjoyed music since I was a child, and I started playing piano at the age of five. I also enjoy singing, and a new hobby of mine is playing the cello. My other hobbies include golf and hapkido (Korean martial arts). It is very important to have life balance between work and family. I try to always make time for rest and relaxation with my family.
