About Me

Welcome to my Web page. Thanks for taking the time to learn more about my practice.

Biography

After completing my obstetrics and gynecology residency in snowy upstate New York, I opted for a change in scenery and moved to beautiful, sunny Southern California. I met and married my husband here at the same time that I began working at Kaiser Permanente in Bellflower. For more than 30 years, working at Kaiser Permanente has afforded me the opportunity to combine a thoroughly enjoyable, busy medical practice with enough free time to raise two wonderful sons and enjoy our family life together.

About my practice

The focus of my practice is treating female urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. I aim to improve my patients’ quality of life by educating them about conservative treatment options before we resort to pelvic reconstructive surgery. At Kaiser Permanente, my team and I do our best to provide high-quality care using the latest technologies.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I combine my love of travel with my need to help others by doing medical missions abroad. In addition, my family and I make it a point to travel, ski, and scuba dive together, as well as just sit at home, relax, and play Scrabble.
